Unibird is a Level 2, Wind attributed, Winged-Beast
monster with 100 attack and 600 defense, although
those stats are rather unimportant.
Now, Unibird can pull of a trick we have seen some
Blackwings do before.
By removing himself from the Field while face-up,
and one other monster you control, you can Special
Summon a Synchro Monster from your Graveyard with a
Level less than or equal to the combined Levels of
the other two monsters.
So the Synchro Monster can only come from the
Graveyard, not a huge setback, but the Level 2
Unibird has is. Even if you use a Level 4
monster with this effect, you only get a Level 6
Synchro at best, so you would need a Level 5 or
higher monster for a GREAT Synchro monster.

Unibird
Unibird is a sort of cool new card from DREV. It's a
2-star WIND Winged Beast with 100 ATK, 600 DEF. The
stats are pretty awful, but if you're using Unibird,
you shouldn't need to worry about the stats.
You can remove Unibird and another face-up monster
you control from the game to activate its effect.
You combine the levels of the two monsters, and
Special Summon a Synchro Monster from your graveyard
whose level matches or exceeds that number. So,
remove Unibird and Cyber Dragon to get back a
Synchro that is level 7 or less. Not too shabby.
The Unibird is actually quite useful. You can get
rid of any high level monster you don't need anymore
to retrieve a Synchro that is much more useful. It
could be useful in Blackwings, getting rid of stuff
summoned by Vayu (Which are basically just
beatsticks) and trading it for something that can
actually do something. Being a Winged Beast, it
further helps Blackwings by comboing with Icarus
Attack or Dark Simorgh.
Another really useful way to use Unibird is with
Tragoedia and Gorz the Emissary of Darkness. Often,
we will find that Trago or our Emissary of Darkness
Token really do not have much in the ATK points
department. But, they do have very high levels.
Trade them in with Unibird to get back practically
any Synchro you need from the graveyard (It has been
ruled that you can use tokens to pay the cost for
Unibird, so Gorz's token is fair game).
Of course, the biggest issue with Unibird is that it
is entirely dependant on what's in your graveyard.
Early game, it would be much more advantageous to
just draw a Tuner to make a Synchro, rather than
Unibird. Also, it removes the cards from play, which
few decks like to see. I still have to note, though,
that Unibird has an advantage over regular Synchro
Summons, in that the levels do not have to exactly
match.
Traditional: 1/5 Noooooooo
Advanced: 2.5/5 It's nifty, but the fact that you
need Synchros in grave beforehand really hurts. Just
run Monster Reborn lol.
Art: 2/5 It's sort of cool, I guess. =/
