Victoria
This is a little card that could be very
effective as a side-deck card for Lightsworn after
the mass-release of Red Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon.
She is a level 4 LIGHT Fairy with 1800 ATK and 1500
DEF, which is actually really solid stuff right
there. 1800 is the standard for level 4's and the
LIGHT attribute means that Beckoning Light and
Honest are very happy with our girl, so it actually
goes well in there.
The effect is that you can Special summon a
Dragon monster from your opponent's graveyard once
per turn. Woah, time out! Free Special Summon of a
face-beating Dragon with the added bonus of it being
your opponent's? Yes PLEASE! If that weren't enough,
while she is face-up on the field, your opponent
cannot select another Fairy monster as an attack
target.
This card is VERY useful in the Dragon matchup
(obviously) as you can just snatch your opponent's
monsters and make their own deck work against them.
It is also very good for the Kristyasworn deck when
it goes up against Lightsworn. The only out that the
true Lightsworn player has to Kristya is Honest, so
you force them to attack Victoria and Kristya sees
anotehr day without JD.
This is one of the cards that could see a rise in
play, especially if Lightsworn goes up or down. Up,
and this is a nice little side-deck trick. Down, and
this card is going to be very good as Kristya
replaces JD in Lightsworn decks. As far as I am
concerned, this card is going to be VERY good to
have for a while now.

Victoria ...
Possibly the sickest Yu-Gi-oh monster picture
ever!
Totally bad-ass!
If we were rating that alone, she'd get a 5 ...
maybe even a 6! ... but we're not.
The effect is very meh. If u find yourself up
against a Dragon deck? - Then yes. Victoria will be
your bff. But against anything else? What's the
point. She's 1800 ATK at 4 stars, so she can hold
her own in a dance against MOST non-tribute
monsters. And she's light, so Honest does what
Honest does best for monsters like her. But if that
is all u wanted in a card, then u have better
options. She is also Fairy type, so if u are looking
to stay strictly with Fairy type monsters, then this
might add some non-tribute muscle to your stable.
And lastly Victoria protects any other monster from
being attacked while she is on the field. So i
suppose if u were able to get 2 on, then u will have
a baby-lock on the field to keep your opponent from
attacking ANYTHING ... at least till they found one
of MANY ways around this.
Victoria looks awesome, but is neither a bad, nor
a good card. So she gets the average rating.

Finally its Friday!! Yesterday we reviewed a very
chill chick, now we look at, I don't know, a rather
more fiesty chick. Again I dont know, just being
silly. Anyways todays card is Victoria, light
attributed, 1800 ATK 1500 DEF, fairy type monster.
Honest fodder, solid attack power, ok defensive
power. Effect however makes it a little more
difficult to use, at least outside of a fairy deck,
I mean if there was a "Zombie World" for dragon
monsters and only affected the graveyard, maybe it'd
be a different story. But hypothetically against a
Hopeless Dragon deck, it can be very very useful.
Snatching back a Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon or
Dark Horus from their graveyard and using it against
them for free is pretty kick butt, and while its on
the field your opponent cannot select another fairy
monster as an attack target. Basically a Magician's
Valkyria for fairy monsters. Its got solid stats, an
ok effect for fairy decks but the dragon effect is
random and you'd rarely ever get to use it. I doubt
if you went into a regional event with a deck that
mained Victoria, that you would run into a Hopeless
Dragon or regular dragon deck, so yeah.

Victoria:
A Dragon variant almost made the top 16 at the
last Shonen Jump. If this becomes a trend (I don't
believe it will), this card will make one hell of a
side deck card for Lightsworns. If your opponent is
using allot of dragons or dragon synchro monsters
(too bad brionic is sea serpent), break this gal out
for game two, and hope you live long enough to
utilize her effect a few times. Otherwise it's just
an average card that can be fun in a fairy deck. Get
out two at once for an attack lock on your opponent
(until they get rid of one of your Victorias).
