Rapid Warrior
This is another one of Yusei's incredibly useless
cards that somehow manage to win him the game no
matter what happens. Anyways, it is a level 4 WIND
Warrior with 1200 ATK and 200 DEF. These stats are
abyssmal, and pretty much unless it has Quillbolt
Hedgehog's effect, I am walking.
And it does not... The effect is that once per turn
it can attack an opponent directly, but no other
card can attack that turn. Hmm, Drill Warrior and
Watt Giraffe are far superior as far as attacking
directly, and even though it gains some playability
from being a Warrior, it's not enough to save this
card form the junk binder.

Rapid Warrior:
Atk directly cards just don't do it for me. They
never have high enough atk values (barring toons and
EBIs, but they both suck so who cares) or secondary
effects that make them worth running. Who cares if
you can atk directly for 1200 if that same monster
is stuck on your field in atk position when your
opponent's turn starts... sure, you can equip him,
but why not just run bigger monsters in the first
place? This dude is even four star, so he can't even
get under gravity bind or level limit B! Waste of a
card in my opinion.

Rapid Warrior is the
shiny card from the new starter that nobody wants.
1200 points to attack directly with is nice, but not
when it means only he can attack. Why not use
Submarineroid instead? Or why not Wattgiraffe? The
tiny ATK boost isn't worth losing out on your other
attacks, especially when Drill Warrior will get you
that direct 1200 for free, while fueling the deck.
1.5/5
Art: Ugly robot.
Fun Fact: If you have two Fortune Lady Darks, you
can activate both of their effects after battles.
Tomorrow: The one we haven't reviewed yet.

"During your Main Phase 1, you can activate
this card's effect. If you do, it can attack your
opponent directly this turn. Other monsters cannot
attack during the turn your activate this effect."
Here's another example of a card that doesn't quite
fit in with the meta, or the deck for which it's
built for. The stats for this level 4 monster
are on the low side, and his ability his not that
great. Sure, attacking directly is an ok
option, but not being able to swing with the rest of
your monsters? Well, that's too much of a
downside to use this card. Adding to that, if
you activate Rapid Warrior's effect, and he gets
removed/destroyed/flipped face down and doesn't
attack, you still don't get to attack with your
other monsters. Way too many downsides, not
enough reward.

Rapid Warrior
This card is starter deck filler. Cards that
attack directly don't cut it unless they have an
additional effect (see: Unifrog).
