Black Personal Smack
This card could go either way, it's either great
anger for black and styless decks or it's what Dragon's Victory
decks have been asking for. Either way it's a pretty solid attack
for at least 5 power stages that has a lot of potential in either or
both decks. A lot of the player base believes anger is making a come
back in the Babidi Saga and that some of the older decks are getting
new toys. Maybe it's because of cards like this one, or maybe it's
because they haven't used the word broken in a while. :-/ You just
never know what they will complain about next time, but regardless
of how broken this card is in their eyes it's decent at most in my
scale.

Black Personal Smack
First of all, you have to love the title. Also, I like this card,
because it encourages players to use dragonballs. People have
gotten away from using them a bit in our area. The best part about
this card is the part that reads, "If your opponent has no
Non-Combat cards in play, your attacks gain "Raise either you or
your opponent's anger 1 level" for the remainder of Combat." This
can allow you to do was quick anger raising tricks. It's possible
that if this slipped through as your first attack, you could go up a
personality level or two. Also, be aware that this card is a
common, so you will definitely see them around in black decks.
