Gohan’s Power Hit – Saiyan Volunteer Promo Promo – K1 Physical
Combat
Power: Focused physical attack doing +4 power stages of damage.
Raise your anger 1 level. This attack cannot be stopped by Physical
Combat cards. Remove from the game after use.
This card is freakishly good. The fact that it is a Volunteer promo
makes it really hard to get; but even so, it has been becoming a bit
more frequent. Just not frequent enough.
The upgraded Red Power Rush makes a grand entrance, being Freestyle
and Gohan named. That said, this card is even harder to block,
becoming a staple in nearly all physical beatdown decks.
The anger does disrupt certain physical decks, but it also helps out
others. Physical beatdown with anger is decent as well, with higher
PLs and maybe better powers. Regardless, look at the fact that it is
Focused and cannot be stopped by Physical Combat cards. Power Rush
would have been stopped by something like Goku’s Super Saiyan Blast,
but this has very few cards that can stop it.
It is often dubbed the Krillin’s Heat Seeking Blast for physical,
mainly because there are so little options that people normally use
to stop it. While a Physical for +4 should be able to be taken and
live to Pikkon’s Leg Catch the next, the big key outside of not
being able to throw an energy are modifiers. Let’s see… Orange with
WGS and Joint Restraint… +10 already. Red with CS Mastery and maybe
a Thunder Clap… +10. Freestyle with just one Devastation Drill… +9.
And so forth. It is really easy to make this attack painful with
nearly no problems. Then all we have to throw into the mix is Evil
Presence Drill doing +10, and the rest is history, isn’t it?
Gohan Sword decks, or just plain Gohan beatdown decks embrace four
of these because while they might not necessarily be Sword, it can
easily help out for the guaranteed damage, or close. Freestyle will
embrace it with the ability to search it out, not to mention Elbow
Blocking for one.
Bottom line is, this is the best you can go without making it
unstoppable. It has a home in nearly all physical beatdown decks,
with the only ones standing out in my mind that might not
necessarily need it are Multiform and Saiyan, which has so many
attacks unstoppable means nothing.
Regardless, don’t forget this card if you can get them if you make
that physical beatdown deck. The first attack can mean a lot against
an energy deck.

Gohan's Power Hit
I first want to apologize about my duel whoopsy. I messed up ont eh
startled card, and got a new review posted, and didn't realize till
after the broly supreme power was posted I had goofed again. I
totally missed the Broly only line, so ignore the line about goku
freestyle decks. :) My bad!
Anyway, on to the review.
Nice card, a more powerful version of Red Power Rush. At the cost of
1 extra powerstage of damage, it gets removed from teh game after
use. Its still a nice card, seeing as it has to be blocked with
something other than a Physical combat card, but today, thats not
really a problem, seeing at Fusion and Kid Buu had a lot of reverse
block (phsyical combat that stops energy, and vice versa). It is a
focused attack, which is nice, stops omni-blocks from getting ahold
of it.
Its not a great card though, the remove from the game can be bad,
and besides, there are better cards out there. The good part is it
generally will catch the opponent off guard, and if timed with a
good Confrontation or A18 Stare Down, it will generally always hit.
Timing is key to this card, just incase they have an Energy Combat
Stop a Physical, and those are out there.
Nice card, could be better.

-Gohan's Power Hit-
Basically, an unstoppable +4 physical attack that gains you one
anger. Although with enough modifying drills, that could be quite
the hefty beatstick. o.0 Perhaps CS red and Evil Presence Drill. O_O
An unstoppable 15+ stages is quite the force to be reckoned with!
