Yamcha, Baseball Extraordinaire
Arrival

Card Ratings
Average Score: 4.2

Ratings are based on a 1 to 5 scale 1 being the worst.
3 ... average. 5 is the highest rating.

Date Reviewed - 08.04.05

Matthew Low
Yamcha, Baseball Extraordinaire Level 1 - Arrival Common - #35 Personality -
Ally Physical for 3.
Human 1: If you have only Humans, this attack does +1 damage.

You'll be seeing Yamcha a lot in decks that run any combination of Tien,
Chiaotzu, Krillin, and/or Gohan. He is full potential is only reached with
other Humans by the virtue of Yamcha's Stance as well. 1 stage for 4 damage
is a bargain in this game. His base will only give you 1, but bottom line is
you'll be giving him a stage every turn so you can dish out a consistent
four damage. Never a bad thing.

4.8 out of 5.0

Jesse
Zeller
Yamcha, Baseball Boy

This card itself, is actually pretty good. An attack for 3, with the cost of one. The deal is, if you're running Yamcha, you better be running Humans only as well. His support is just amazing tech in any deck. I'm not giving this card a score because its really hard to rate just this card alone.
Yamcha's power truly shines in a humans only deck.

Dave Fashbinder Yamcha, Baseball Extraordinaire

A good human ally, Yamcha boasts a 4 damage attack that costs only 1 stage (if you control all humans). Best used with high PUR main personalities that can afford to give him a stage every turn, Yamcha brings the beats over the course of the game, even if your opponent scoffs at his 4 damage. He also gives you the opportunity to use Yamcha's Stance, a ridiculously good, zero cost Support that removes an opponent's support from the game.

4/5 - He is arguably the best Human ally in the game right now, with a sick named card and great power.
