Harry Potter TCG Example Game Android6789 will go first. Turn 1 My Hand: 2 Charms Lessons, 2 Care of Magical Creatures Lessons, 1 Curious Raven, 1 Magical Mishap, 1 Hagrid and the Stranger.
I think this is a pretty decent hand. For my first turn, I draw a Charms lesson. Your lesson books give you the power you need to play spells and cast creatures. They are like Pokemon Energy Cards, or like Mana Cards in Magic The Gathering. We get two actions each turn. I play a Charms Lesson and a Care of Magical Creatures Lesson to start out. I'm done. There aren't any cards the Starter Set that can be cast on Turn 1. So you hopefully have 2 lessons to play one turn 1, so you can lay down some smack on Turn 2! Pojo draws a card, then plays a Care of Magical Creatures Lesson and a Transfiguration Lesson.
