Harry Potter TCG Example Game Turn 3 I draw my card, Accio.
For my first action, I play my Magical Creatures Lesson card.
I also play a Curious Raven. My first creature in play. Curious Raven's are basically weenies. (Weenies is a Magic: The Gathering term, meaning creatures that are fast & cheap. They come out fast and try to peck away at your damage total. Curious Ravens can come out on turn 2.
Pojo draws, then he tells me to take the damage from his Raven. I discard one card from my draw pile. He plays a Magical Creatures Lesson, and uses Hermione’s Character ability that allows him to play a second Care of Magical Creatures Lesson card for free.
Hermione's ability says that whenever he uses an action to play a Lesson, he can play another Lesson for free, as long as he already has 2 Lessons on the table. I mutter something about useless brainiacs, and he plays a second Curious Raven. He now has 2 Ravens in play and 4 Lesson cards! |
