This creature gets more comments than almost any other when we're lucky enough to have one in our case.  You definitely have to work a constructed deck around him that's made to get him (and other fatties) into play, because there is almost no way you're going to hold someone off until you see 15 Swamps (if you do, then this guy probably wouldn't make a difference anyhow.) So now, let's say you are creative enough to find a way to get both halves into your hand - we're assuming you're playing a casual game here - (Eladamri's Call or something) and then get it into play (Timmy, Power Gamer).  You've got a 99/99 beats machine, and you didn't even have to play swamps to do it  =).

PS: For those of you that are interested in seeing more, the cards from this set are completely hilarious! If you'd like to see pictures of some of the cards, you can See Them Here.  Just click on Singles at the top,  then find the link to Unglued, and after you click on it, you can click on the card names to see the pics of each card. =)

I'm kind of split on this review. On one| hand, you have a 99/99. On the other
hand, most traditional reanimation      | strategies won't work, as this is 2
cards. If you can get this guy out and | swing, it's game, otherwise, don't bother.

B.F.M. Big Furry Monster

This thing is crazy ridiculous.  It has a ton of rules problems that go with it.  This card always seems to trade and sell well, but those are truly the only good points going for it.  It's popular among casual players, but I can't ever recall seeing it played in my store.

I know, I know, everyone loves the Big Furry Monster. Everyone but me. To me its just silly, and not in a good way. It’s silly in a way that says “Hi, I am useless, and a blatant poke at Timmy.” While I admire Wizards for printing such a thing, I hated to stare at one half of a B.F.M. in a pack and not be able to play it.

B.F.M. Big Furry Monster

One of the most chased after cards to come out of the set Unglued and it’s a rare to boot. He big and mean and cant be blocked by less than three guys. Hmm but you can play him in any format other than casual. Well that’s enough of a drawback to compensate for the fact that he has a 99 power and toughness. Still he does have on of the coolest pictures in the game and I would have a set of BFM just to put it in a binder as a cool thing to have. It harkens back to a day when Magic was just pure no pressure fun times.

Unglued. This card was supposed to be a 100/100, but R&D decided they didn’t want to go into a third digit. I think that 99/99 is actually better, but regardless, no one really cares ‘cause it’s from Unglued.

Anyway, in Constructed, it’s the Biggest, Baddest, Nastiest, Scariest Creature you’ll ever see, which doesn’t say that much because you’ll never get the mana to cast this. It’s also not legal in an any constructed format.

In Casual, it’s definitely the Biggest, Baddest, Nastiest, Scariest Creature you’ll ever see, which is good thing.

In Limited, who cares?

Constructed: play this with Wrath of Hasbro too.

Casual: 5

Limited: ???
