Tuesday - Reweave
Meh. Pseudo removal for problem permanents, but
they just get another permanent back. It has
splice, but even the splice cost is much too
high for any practical use in any deck. This
might be cute in a token creature/big fatties
deck, but that's about it.

Reweave
This card, while highly situational, is fine for
limited play. Basically, to make this card
valuable, you need to have six mana available
when one of your creatures is about to be
removed from play for one reason or another.
Now you can target that creature of yours that
you are about to lose anyway and replace him
with the next creature in your library with
Reweave.
Unfortunately, you don't have any control over
what the creature is. Reweave is interesting in
that its Splice onto Arcane cost is lower at 2UU
than its 5U casting cost. Of course, the total
price to get this card's effect into play is
still six or more most of the time, except in
the rare times when you Splice this card's
ability onto a one casting Arcane spell. In
constructed, this card could be an interesting
part of a combo deck containing only large
creatures. More likely, this card could be a
decent sideboard idea against Tooth and Nail
decks. Maybe.

Reweave
Not much to say
about this card. Polymorph did not see much play
when it cost two mana less than this. The Splice
ability is likely to never get used, and while
fun, it may suck so bad it won’t even get used
in casual fun decks, as they will just play
Polymorph. Reweave makes the list of “most
disappointing rares to open in a pack.”

Reweave --
I'm not quite sure what to think of Reweave. It
definitely isn't an amazing card, and as far as
removal goes, its prettty mediocre. At the same
time, it seems like you could make good use of
it as removal. The normal casting cost is *way*
too much, but the Splice onto Arcane cost isn't
too shabby. If you have a lot of Arcane spells
in your deck, I'd say at least take Reweave into
consideration -- it will rarely make the cut,
but who knows?
All of the above really applies to Reweave in
any format. I'm going to give it a slightly
higher rating in limited because, well, removal
is removal.
