 Scroll Rack
This card is a very powerful card, but not one that wins games all by itself. Scroll Rack provides powerful access to cards deeper in your deck without actually allowing you to draw any extra cards. This powerful tool has been best used in constructed control decks or combo decks. While this card is best in constructed formats, there is certainly nothing wrong with it where limited play is concerned. Scroll Rack, however, is most powerful when you have MORE cards in your hand than it is when you have LESS cards in your hand, so it fits much better into less aggressive deck designs. While this card is definately an all-star, I believe Zvi placed it high in the top fifty artifacts of all time, there is no reason why this card could or should not be reprinted in the future. This is a classic card because it can be widely useful yet pays a better dividend to the better player using it.

 Scroll Rack - Monday

This card was so good for control decks back in the deck. In decks with lots of spell counters and card drawing effects, it can almost guarantee that you will the counter in hand when needed. It was great for combo decks as well. It helps in deck sifting and searching for key cards to keep the combo going. However, these uses seem really good for competitive players. I'd expect most casual players to ignore the power of this card.

 Scroll Rack --

I've been impressed with this card ever since seeing it in action. At a casual glance, it looks a bit mediocre, not really helping you win the game in a direct way. However, when you treat this card like limited card draw -- if you don't like what you have in hand, you can always set it aside and hope for better cards to be on top. Unfortunately, if you do have bad cards in hand, they will be on top of your deck, waiting to be drawn at the next opportunity. When you mix in some effect that allows you to shuffle, though, this card gets truly amazing. I won't rank it terribly high across any of the categories, since it is decent, but not spectacular, on its own, but it won't be too low either.
