Hand of Honor
It's very exciting that such a quality card as
Hand of Honor has been created. This card, along
with its twin brother in black, is more than
just a good creature, it's an entirely elegant
design on the whole. This card is White Knight
with the added flavor of Bushido 1 taking the
place of first strike. Fair enough! Given the
popularity of the colors black and white (not
necessarily in the same deck) in the current
limited environments, Hand of Honor is a great
pick for most white limited decks. This card may
not always be a first pick, but it will always
be a quality addition to any white deck.
If this card is good enough to compare to White
Knight, which I believe it is, then it SHOULD be
good enough to discuss in white weenie
constructed strategies. This card is ALL THAT.

Hand of Honor
Honestly, I can't give a good read on this card
yet. It's definitely no White Knight, but it
might just be better. It's hard to tell. First
strike (White Knight) is a great ability, but
having Bushido (Hand of Honor) is great too. I
think the bigger question is simply, "Does White
Weenie have room for this card right now?" They
will come this fall with the rotation, but right
now, they might not.

Hand of Honor
Is anyone getting the impression that Wizards
wants us to play white weenie decks? Once again,
another solid, smaller white creature has found
its way into the daylight. Protection from Black
isn't as relevant as it used to be, but the size
of the body (for the cost) and Bushido on Hand
of Honor is more than enough reason to help it
sneak its way into any number of white weenie
decks.
For limited, Hand of Honor is just as good, if
not better, than constructed. At least you are
pretty likely to find quite a few black
creatures roaming around.

Hand of Honor
Meh, it's decent, though not
exciting. It could make the
constructed rounds in White Weenie
builds or Samurai builds. It's
basically a
bear with a kick (bushido 1). In
limited, it's pro-Black has been fairly
inconsequential in my observations, but
it is a nice filler for white builds.
White tends to be fairly weak in
limited, though, and this goes along
with that. In casual, again, WW and
Samurais may be adding Hand to their
builds.

Hand of
Honor- Uncommon- SoK
well
today we have the new version of white
knight, Hand of Honor.
Now, im
sure most of you out there know that a 2/2
bushido 1 for WW is pretty good. when u add
on protection from black then you have a
card that is effective and useful. Hand of
Honor might see some play in constructed in
some versions of ww that have a heavy black
metagame, but it will probably mostly be a
sideboard card. I personally prefer Samurai
of the pale curtain over Hand of Honor,
simply because black is not big enough to
warren't a pro black creature, plus Samurai
of the Pale Curtain has (IMO) a supirior
abiliity. In limited this guy is not quite
a first pick, but i would take him before
someone else does.
Ratings:
constructed- 3/5 if you have a strong black
local meta, i would give him a 4/5
limited-
4/5 efficient, useful, and strong. thats a
A+ in my book
casual-
2/5 yet another blah casual card
final
thought- all that i really have to say is,
if you have a heavy black meta use him (as i
have said before) and ALMOST always pick him
in Limited
