Well.this one seems kind of interesting, but in
the end, I think there is some sizzle but not
much substance to this card. The most important
thing to
remember with this card is that IT DOESN'T STOP
THE SPELL YOUR OPPONENT IS CASTING. So, while
you are hoping to use Parallectric Feedback to
deal a bunch of damage, you kind of don't really
want to see your opponent playing a big fat
creature or other powerful, expensive spell.
Feedback's four mana cost makes it hard to keep
untapped land available for. Just not much to
like here. I DO like the idea of knowing in the
late game that the next big spell my opponent
plays might KILL HIM. Might be worth trying.
Playing this card in constructed is a bit more
cut and dried. You shouldn't. Well, that may be
too harsh, this card COULD find a home in the
sideboard of mono red burn decks. In the end,
there are two kinds of good cards in Magic,
creatures and cards that can get rid of
creatures, this card is neither.
This card is fun. I'd expect a lot of casual
players to want this card. In many casual games
large spells of 6+ mana get played. This thing
will let you get back at them for playing those
cards. However, in constructed play, this could
end up being a neat metagame card. If people are
playing lots of dragon, expensive fliers, or
high cost spells like Tooth and Nail, you can
get some serious damage in.

Feedback - I actually kinda like this card. The
damage to cost potential here is extremely high.
In limited, at least, the chance that your
opponent will cast a spell that costs 5 or more
is very high. Against green decks (especially
Selesnya), the damage could be considerably
higher. If there's an Izzet deck in the future
of Ravnica Block Constructed, I fully expect
this to make an appearance.
