This is a good
card. It's got a solid power to cost ratio (4/4
for 4 mana). It's also got a useful ability.
This card can keep your opponent from stealing
your cards for their benefit. There are even a
couple of deck floating around in Standard that
would dislike this card. It's a neat sideboard
card, but it can't really hurt to have this guy
in the deck to start with. He's a pretty solid
fighter.
Use it to combat Herald of Leshrac. Or maybe
WITH Herald of Leshrac, ensuring your opponent
will have enough lands for you to pay the upkeep
cost for several more turns than otherwise. But
if Herald isn't on the table, this ability is
useless. Luckily, it's still a 4/4 for 4 mana,
so it'll always be useful at least to swing for
4.

If only we had had this last Standard season.
Eminent Domain would have just been destroyed.
But alas, it was not to be. Now this is just
another 4/4 for 4, which is actually below par
in Stardard with the likes of Loxodon Hierarch
running about.
In casual, why would you even run this? Just
play Brand.
In limited, this really shines. It is a 4/4, it
is cheap, and it loves surging might. Also, it
eats Krovikan Whispers for breakfast.
