I've never felt like this was a main deck kind
of card. It's always a sideboard card. It stops
large chunks of damage from wrecking your world.
It works even better if you have a creature with
protection from the color that you fear. I
wouldn't mind having it in limited, if I could
land it on a regenerator ot a really large
creature.
As if this card didn't show up enough in my
Stuffy Doll Contest along with Guilty
Conscience. Now Pariah and the Doll are
Standard-legal at the same time. And Cho-Manno
came along for the ride as well! Obviously the
combos are comprehensive here, but without one,
this is basically a Holy Day that makes you
sacrifice a creature. Good luck.

I can only think of two cards in Standard that
really interact with Pariah: Stuffy Doll and
Cho-Manno. I'm not sure either of those combos
is Tier 1 material, but if you like it, you
might as well play it. It's got many
applications in casual play: Cho-Manno and Fog
Bank are the most broad, and Silver Knight and
White Knight can really annoy certain decks. If
nothing else, you can use it as removal in
limited (sort of).

Pariah:
This is a combo card with yesterday's card. With
this card and yesterday's card, you effectively
have "You cannot be damaged". This combos with
any indestructible card, and combos in general
with any card that does anything when damaged,
or can soak up a lot of damage. You can even
play it on an opponent's creature as pseudo
removal.
