Every instant and sorcery you play has a
built-in Reiterate if you want it. It's awfully
mana-intensive, but think of doubling your burn
spells! Or your card draw spells. Just imagine
any instant or sorcery you play, and imagine
getting another for three mana. Is it worth it?

A card that saw a good bit of play back when it
was in Odyssey, most notably as a one-of in the
venerable Wake decks. It was useful there
because having enough mana to consistently play
Cunning Wish and copy it would lead to some
quick control (by using a copy to get back one
of your removed ones), among other things.
Nowadays, it doesn't see play because it needs a
lot of mana to work and there isn't really a
spot for it right now, not to mention it's hard
to play this with 7-8 mana available so you can
counter their counter or artifact kill spell.
It's still a solid card, but it doesn't have a
home.
This is a fun casual card, though. There's lots
of fun stuff to copy.
In limited, I'd pass. If this were in Future
Sight instead it'd get a higher rating, but this
needs sorceries and instants to work, and you're
not guaranteed to have many in your draft. I
would play it in sealed if I had 6+ playable
sorceries/instants that were worth copying,
though.
Now this card has a lot of
potential. The best that I can think of is
abusing the card is glimpse the unthinkable.
This combination has the very high chance of
taking out the majority of your opponents deck
for very little mana. I'm sure a lot of people
will also use this card in combination to
accumulate burn.

After paying the exorbitant amount of mana it
takes to cast Mirari, play an instant or sorcery
spell, and copy it, you would expect to just win
the game right there. Fortunately, that's
generally what happens with the Mirari. It's
slightly clunky for constructed, but it's hard
to argue with the results of copying a Tendrils
of Corruption or a hellbent Demonfire. Often it
won't work quite as well in limited, but there
are a few bomb spells in the Time Spiral block.
If you're lucky enough to be able to copy a
Mindstab or Phthisis with it, it's kind of hard
to lose.

This card has seen some play in constructed
formats and has seen competetive play. You can
double up on some more expensive spells or if
you have a bunch of cheap ones you can double
your pleasure. I never played with this card. I
never played against this card. Unfortunately, I
am not your best reviewer here. Hopefully my
fellow reviewers can give you some more insight.

This card would
mean massive amount of advantage once its out.
Demonfire now does 2x damage for 3 mana, I can
play a pitch spell like
Soul Spike and copy it. I can play Compulsive
Research once more for 3
mana. That's pretty nice. But is this difficult
to get out?
5 mana, even in a world with various Signets,
can still be pretty slow
against aggro and some of your instants or
sorceries are pretty useless
in some match ups. I think to make the most of
this card, you'll need
to include many instants or sorceries that have
utility effects like
card drawing or damage dealing.
In casual, this is just being asked to be used.
Who doesn't like
copying spells?
In limited, there are some spells worth copying.
The only thing better
than removing a creature is removing 2 creature
for an extra 3 mana.
