Quite lame. In
limited, where there's so much clash and so many
harbingers, I guess you may want a way to
re-scramble your opponent's library. Anywhere
else, though, this is just junk. And even in
Limited, it's a 23rd pick and even then only if
you've already got some Knucklebone Witch or
something.
This guy seems to be a decent card to be played.
1cc for a 1/1 is pretty straight forward. I see
this guy being a good card against all of the
new harbingers.

Boggart Forager
When I was younger, there was a card in
Alliances called Soldier of Fortune that was
similar to Boggart Forager. There was an urban
legend around that guy that apparently people
were putting him in Vintage decks against
opponents who had power but no card sleeves to
force them to risk damaging their Black Lotuses
by shuffling excessively, and gaining a
psychological advantage. I doubt it was true,
considering Gorilla Shaman was in the same set
and could destroy Black Lotuses outright. I can
think of one thing that Boggart Forager can do,
though, that Soldier of Fortune can't: cause
people who use a Harbinger to shuffle away the
nasty creature or spell they just found, and
that's sometimes important enough in limited
games for him to get points.

Boggart Forager
A 1/1 for 1 mana with a useless ability is
completely unplayable. It's not even playable in
some sort of combo deck that requires infinite
sacrifice because Mogg Fanatic has no mana cost
for the ability and Boggart Forager's ability
does nothing even when done an infinite times.
