Ironically, this will compete with Goblin
Warrens for a slot in my Goblin deck. And Goblin
Warrens would be the perfect card to trigger
this repeatedly.
Given that Goblins have always loved to
sacrifice for an effect, this is a very potent
card. It's also a little insurance against mass
removal. You've got 7 Goblins out and I've got a
Wrath and am at 7 life? Oh, wait...
This card turns all of your goblins into mogg
fanatics. It has some potential but I just don't
think it will make the cut in goblin decks as
you would rather have more creatures.

Boggart Shenanigans does not, as many people
originally thought and some still do, trigger
when a Goblin spell like Tarfire resolves -
Tarfire will *never* be a Lightning Bolt while
Boggart Shenanigans is in play. What it does do,
however, is trigger when you sacrifice a Mogg
Fanatic, or a Siege-Gang Commander token, or a
Mogg War Marshal, or any Goblin at all to a
Nantuko Husk. That starts to add up after a turn
or two. Not every Goblin deck will have room for
it, but the ones that do will get pretty good
use out of it. In limited games, if you want to
use this, you probably need as many Changelings
as you can, or else Wort, Boggart Auntie and
some synergistic cards like Facevaulter.

Constructed: This card looked at lot more
appealing on the spoilers (as many cards are
prone to do…I mean just compare Eyes of the
Wisent to what it said early on, to what it
actually ended up being and you’ll know what I
mean). Though it can still cause great problems
for many decks. 1 damage every time one of your
goblins hits the bin in nothing to scoff at and
can quickly make Wrathing the board away a much
more costly decision. I could see this being
paired with cars like Gargadon and Mogg-War
Marshal (and already potent combination) to
cause damage white speeding the beast into play
and facilitate that sacking at anytime. Works
well with Facevaulter and Seige Gang Commander
turning 2 damage up to 3.
Casual/Multi: Goblins are already a favored
archetype of the kitchen table scene and the
addition of a card that says to opponents if you
let my goblins live you die, but if they die
you’re just as screwed is very evil indeed. I
have plans to splash blue in some of my goblin
decks just for the idea of 4 Shenanigans and 4
Copy Enchantments that tell an opponent that for
every goblin they kill they take 8 damage, or
damage that I can spread around to all my
opponents and have them all hate me equally.
Limited: Goblins in Lorwyn are designed to end
up in the bin for the most part and the
Shenanigans lets you balance that self
destructive nature with a little bit of profit
for yourself by making your opponent pay a bit
of life each time. Make your opponent nervous
about whether or not to block your swarms of
little creatures, or about swinging into a horde
of chump blockers for the damage it could end up
causing them. Still needs goblins to work
though, so don’t get so caught up in your
shenanigans that you forget to get the goblins
to go with it.

This card appears to be very powerful, I can't
find a way to break this in Standard. In
extended, Goblins don't really need this or
anything as this is slow compared to them. I
would still pick up a playset of these right now
because someone's bound to find a way to do a
bunch of damage in 1 turn with this.
