Since Goblin decks should have no trouble
finding a Goblin to champion, this is
essentially a 5/5 for four mana. Yes, it has a
drawback, but large undercosted black creatures
are always dragging along drawbacks. Remeber
Juzam Djinn?
So is this the new Juzam? No, because you can't
use it unless you've got Goblins. But its
ability does give you Goblin tokens back, so its
completely worth it.
This card has a lot of potential as its a 4cc
for a 5/5 with an ability to make a huge army
for you. Now the only problem that it is a 4cc,
in a goblin deck you are trying to rush in with
quick damage. At most this guy is a 2 of in some
B/R goblin builds.

Boggart Mob
Since Goblins tend to be numerous and like to
attack, Boggart Mob can potentially get out of
hand very quickly. If you're playing against
this card, be glad it only counts combat damage.
Can you imagine how ridiculous it would have
been if you could trigger it with Siege-Gang
Commander? The problem, like with all the
champion cards, is that you need another
creature and they're in an awkward place on the
mana curve for aggressive decks. Boggart Mob
probably won't see play at the highest level of
Standard competition, but it is a very fun card
that will occasionally just blow out a game.

Boggart Mob
I personally like this card because it can
create a giant mob of goblins really quickly.
It's also a nice combo with Boggart Shenanigans
as you have a pseudo-invincible Goblin token
that can serve as an infinite sacrifice fodder.
It's also quite large compared to the other
Goblins.
