This one feels like a white Skred for the combat
step. Giant decks won't likely get to take
advantage, but Merfolk, Soldiers, and Kithkin
decks will play it, and for them it basically is
a Skred. Maybe even Wizards will get into the
act. Hey, any instant for one mana that can deal
upwards of 4 damage is worth looking at.

With enough creatures in play, this can take out
almost anything; unfortunately, having enough
creatures in play to remove the sorts of things
white decks can't remove with other spells
usually means you're about to win anyway or
you're about to be on the wrong side of a
6-for-1 Pyroclasm. It's a pretty good trick in
limited - just be careful, as there are a
surprising number of creatures in Lorwyn and
Morningtide with five to seven toughness.

In constructed, this is like Skred, and Skred
only sees some play. Skred is better than this
since it hits anything, so that means this won't
see play in a viable deck.
In limited, this is really good since it pretty
much kills anything for 1 mana.

is Coordinated Barrage. For one mana, you can
deal damage to a creature or player equal to the
amount of permanents of a chosen type. While not
ideal early in the game when you may only have
one or two creatures, this can take down some
big monsters. In the right deck, this could
possibly kill Tarmogoyf, Countryside Crusher or
anything. It's nice removal for any tribal deck
that is white or a white hybrid.

Absolutely terrible in constructed. The only
deck this could possibly fit into would be
Kithkin, and that deck already has Temporal
Isolation and Oblivion Ring. In limited, it will
make the cut more often then not.
