This card laughs at Wrath of God and other board
sweepers, so you would think it would be
playable in constructed, right? Unfortunately,
they decided to cost it at 5 mana, and so it's
too expensive for what it does. Into the crap
rare shoebox you go.
In limited, it's a bit better, but with all the
cards that can put -1/-1 counters on your
creatures, I'd rather have a creature or
something.

Cauldron of Souls
Whoever chose the name for this card deserves a
raise for finding something that matches so
evocatively with its ability. Sadly, it's a
little slow for most applications. Even in
limited, I'd usually rather have another
creature or something like Runes of the Deus
than Cauldron of Souls. It can be a complete
blowout, but it requires too much work to be
worth it.

Cauldron of Souls
For constructed, it's simply too costly for the
effect, which usually isn't very relevant.
In limited, this gives all your creatures
another use, but there's a lot of -1/-1 counters
out there in Shadowmoor which weakens this a
bit.
This card seems a little too slow for
constructed play. For five mana, it's only
likely to get sided in against control style
decks with lots of "wrath" effects. It could
essentially keep you from ever having an empty
board. It's an interesting concept.
In limited, this card is great, because it
definitely get a change to hit th eboard and can
offer lots of play advantages.

Cauldron of Souls
Simply terrible in constructed. It
may spawn a combo deck based around
come-into-play/leaves-play effects, but I doubt
that it would be better than Reveillark.
Cauldron of Souls shines in limited.
Persist is awesome ability that will force your
opponent to kill your guys twice. Combos well
with Tatterkite.

Cauldron of

Constructed: Not a very good for a 5 drop for
constructed play. It has a nice ability, used
with creatures with come into play abilities can
really get annoy. There will be a combo show up
with this card just give it time.
Casual: Alot of fun in multiplayer, use it with
Maggot Carrier.
Limited: Sealed, I would use it to get some
reusable effects from my creatures. There are
only a couple of cards that destroy artifacts in
Shadowmoor. Draft I would pick it first for the
same reason. When you can swing with all of your
creatures to put the pressure on and then it
they block and kill any of them you can persist
the ones you want back and they come back untap
and ready to block next turn. Or the other way
around.
