Any creature-heavy deck will want this. Even if
you can't directly interact with the top of your
library, being able to ship unneeded lands to
the bottom and grabbing the best of each packet
is a powerful ability-- you can make sure you
get the most useful spell at the time each turn,
as long as you can make a creature. And green
decks shouldn't have a problem with that.

Not so much card advantage as card quality
advantage. It gets especially good with
instant-boost effects you can stack on top of it
like Bramblewood Paragon or Obsidian Battle-Axe,
or with ultra-efficient creatures like Wren's
Run Vanquisher. I would think that not every
constructed deck would have space for it, as you
could run more threats at that part of the mana
curve, but in limited it's very strong. It's not
often that green rush decks get to sift their
library for bomb creatures, so take advantage of
it.

I really like this card. It is the newest form
of the top or sylvan library. This one will work
especially well in a fairie deck or any deck
that has a lot of flash card power. I see blue
green fairies getting a real boost in block
design with this card. It also goes great in any
fat creature deck. Lots of fun. When we see the
results of the most recent tournaments, this
card will be defined. Right now, I am still
feeling it may be trade bait. In limited, this
is a great card to get as creatures tend to just
keep coming and coming and this will keep you
from getting land flooded.
