Wound Reflection
The only thing keeping this
card from being junk is the fact that it says
"each opponent" and not "each player", so
there's no danger of it backfiring on you.
It's kind of cool if you can swing for 5 or 6
damage, then drop it for another 5 or 6 at
least, but it's really a "win more" card-- a
card that is only beneficial in circumstances
where you were already in a winning position.
And at six mana, you'd do much better to replace
it with a card that damages your opponent by
itself, without needing you to do damage on your
own first.
The exception is decks
designed for multiplayer-- since it says "each
opponent", it can be cute for making it more
painful for your opponents to attack each other.

Wound Reflection:
Constructed: Very expensive Enchantment. Would
not used unless you are play for fun.
Casual: For multiplayer games it can be really
fun. It will be fun to use with Pesitlance.
Limited: Not a top pick. Not many cards that can
slowly bleed your opponent to zero life.
Overall not a very good card. It has fun times
all over it.
