Did someone say board wipe?
Any card that can clear the courtroom is worth
looking at, and usually worth playing.
Granted, red/green is usually the color that is
hurt most by this, but the fact that you can
control which half goes off and which doesn't is
a very nice tweak.

Firespout
Firespout has already seen play in Standard and
Block constructed as a foil to large groups of
elves, kithkin, and fairies, and for good reason
- it's well worth the mana you pay for it. It's
not entirely inaccurate to call it the green
Wrath of God. (Yes, really - think about it.)
And the check for mana colors means you can make
it completely one-sided, in a way I haven't
really seen since Pernicious Deed. This is a
very good card to have around, in any format.

Firespout:
Constructed: Block and Standard this card is the
best removal for green and red decks. Other
formats not that great.
Casual: This card can really cause you to get
other players mad at you when you clear the
board with a green and red deck.
Limited: Top pick and top use in sealed. Great
card to have.
Overall a great card that will be used in Block
and Standard constructed for a long time.
