As a Drudge Skeletons variant, Cinderbones is
one of the more intriguing (and flavorful) ones.
Unfortunately, its setting rather works against
it: the prevalence of other creatures with
wither in Shadowmoor limited makes its
regeneration ability less relevant, while as a
1/1 it won't make a huge impact in combat, even
taking its own wither ability into account.
Still, it's a nice filler card in draft or
sealed, and will make your opponent think twice
about attacking with a large non-wither creature
like Valleymaker or even Deus of Calamity. It
also works well with Kulrath Knight.

Cinderbones
3 mana for a 1/1? It better have a great
ability. Wither, ok... Boggart Ram-Gang has a
3/3 body to go with it. Over-costed generation?
No good.
This guy is not so hot. He's another type of
regenerating skeleton type card that seems to
keep getting reprinted. Unless you are
desperately looking for something to fill out
your Wither deck, I can't imagine you'd want to
play this card. It's an overcosted 1/1. And it
cost more than one to Regenerate.
