Flicker! They reprinted Flicker! Well, not
quite, but it's a fun card nonetheless. If
you're already in blue/white, you should
probably just play Momentary Blink. Once that
leaves Standard (or if, for some reason, you
need this effect in mono-blue or mono-white),
Turn to Mist is the way to go. Don't forget that
it can target your opponent's creatures, too -
don't get blocked when you don't need to.

Turn to Mist
This is a bad card to use to avoid Wrath type
effects since you're much better off just
countering it or playing something that saves
multiple creatures at once.
Momentary Blink is still legal in Standard and
its Flashback cost makes it so much better than
this card. It might see play once Momentary
Blink rotates out. Right now, it's jank because
of Momentary Blink though, and no deck needs 8
Momentary Blinks.
It does remove opponent's creatures from combat
though, but that's a very subpar Holy Day.

Turn to Mist
This card is eclipsed by Momentary Blink
at the moment, and probably won’t rise to the
same level even after Blink rotates.
In limited, it is a weak trick, but a
trick none the less.

Turn to Mist
Constructed:
Great little common card to save or move a
creature out the way until the end of turn. Not
seen much use with it yet but it will probably
show up. Shriekmaw, kill more creatures,
Mulldrifter, draw some more cards. Just a few
creatures you can use it with.
Casual:
Might see some play with the casual crowd.
Limited:
Again with the combat tricks and comes into play
abilities its great. If you get more than one
copy more power to you. Draft wise a great card
for either white or blue. I usually do not draft
blue or white together, but there are some fun
ideas I would like to try.
Overall a good card that will play a bigger role
when the sets change this fall.
