Why didn't this become as famous as Power of
Fire or Presence of Gond in the Pili-Pala
combo? Because it's tied to the power of
the creature it's on, and the tokens go away at
EOT. Meaning you could put this on a 4/4,
tap it and attack with 4 1/1's that die at end
of turn, or you could just attack with the 4/4.
I guess this could get more damage through,
since your opponent will run out of blockers,
but it still seems like it isn't worth the
effort. I'd love to see it comboed with
Woolly Razorback or Plumeveil though.

Pretty much a tap sink for your creatures that
have untap abilities. This does have a few other
uses, however, such as splitting up your
creature's power so the damage he would deal
with an attack is harder to block. You can also
make chump blockers with it. Oh, yeah, it costs
4 mana. That combined with the fact that it's a
creature enchantment leaves it right out of
constructed.
In limited, not as good as Power of Fire, but
still good with a Pili-Pala. I'd play this if I
had enough guys to abuse it with.

This card looked terrible to me at first glance,
before I realized that it interacts with
Shadowmoor's untap symbol. It requires a little
too much work to pull off in constructed,
though. For limited play, having lots and lots
of little attackers or blockers - or both - can
be overwhelming.
