As someone who is perennially hoping for Angelic
Renewal to be reprinted, Graceful Reprieve
caught my attention straight away. Sure, it's
only a one-time effect, but it's a decent
response to removal, especially if the creature
in question has a comes-into-play ability (Mulldrifter!).
For now, Saffi Eriksdotter and Adarkar Valkyrie
may keep this out of constructed decks, since
they offer a good creature in addition to the
resurrection ability, but keep an eye on this
one. You may yet get blindsided by it in a
limited event, or even at FNM.

In constructed and casual, it'll end up as a bad
Momentary Blink. It's a rare sight to see anyone
play Momentary Blink right now so I don't see
the use for this card. It's better than
Momentary Blink against a Wrath of God, but
that's pretty much it.
In limited, it could get played because there's
no Momentary Blink. It's actually pretty good if
you have a sufficient number of come into play
abilities.

This card has a lot of constructed potential
with evoke cards such as Mulldrifter and
Shriekmaw. It may not see a lot of play until
Momentary Blink rotates out of Standard. It is a
solid trick in limited, provided you have
something worth saving.
