Now this I'm still unsure about. Arcane Denial
saw some play way back in the day, but when Vex
was more recently released in Darksteel, it saw
no play. This is kinda in the middle of the two;
same cost as Vex, but it has a harder color
requirement, and you still get to cantrip like
with Denial. With Rune Snag still legal I doubt
this will see any play right now, but since Rune
Snag is rotating out this month it might see
some play soon, as there aren't any really good
hard counters in Alara.
In limited, I'm not really much of a
counterspell fan, but this does stop their bomb
and help you dig to yours, so I might play it.

Dream Fracture
Dream Fracture is unlikely to see much
constructed play, largely because people will be
put off by the fact that it lets your opponent
draw a card to replace the one you stopped. I
wouldn't be surprised if it saw some niche play
in Standard, though, as it does counter any
spell without conditions, and there are few
spells like that left in that format. Anyone
with access to older cards like Rune Snag or
Memory Lapse, though, probably won't need this.

Dream Fracture
Constructed:
Good counter spell, but your opponent or whoever
the controller gets to draw a card first.
Stopping one of their key spells is always good,
but what did they draw. Blue and Black
Underworld Dreams deck, counter your spell go
ahead draw a card take one damage, haha.
Casual:
Most casual players are not into counter magic
around my parts.
Limited:
Again you have to play it right in order to
counter one of there bombs for hitting play.
Hopefully they did not draw their second bomb.
Overall a good counter spell but Remand and
Arcane Denial are alot better.

Dream Fracture 1UU
Instant
Counter target spell. Its controller draws a
card.
Draw a card.
Interesting card. It does draw the control deck
a new card but it also allows the opposition
draw new threats. Then again Wizards has been
cutting away at MonoU for awhile now so this is
one of the best options there is.
