Did someone say finisher?  If you're any sort of green player, then by turn seven this should be three cards at least, making this well worth it.  Just remember not to go infinite on your Presence of Gond combo, or this will deck you.

Constructed- 3

Casual- 4.5

Without a board-altering ability like Verdant Force, an evasive ability like Spectral Force, or both like Woodfall Primus, Regal Force doesn't really have a place in constructed decks right now. I think that's unfortunate because its ability is so very, very tempting. It will always have a place in decks based around getting ridiculous numbers of Saproling tokens (admit it, you know you either have one, had one in the past, or will make one with this guy). I'd even give him a try with Warp World, so you have a shot at playing all the cool stuff you draw that turn.

Does anybody else think this guy looks like a Kuo-Toa prince from Dungeons and Dragons?

I just wish this card did not say=2 0"Green creatures YOU control".  If it was all green creatures, then this could be tempting and in a multiplayer game it could be playable.  However, without it, this is one for the tradebinders.  7 mana better make me win.  No evasion even.  I like a 5/5 as much as the next guy and if I happen to get lucky and get this out by the 4th turn with the help of a few elves, I am only netting a few cards in the draw.  Fun for casual decks.  Possibly fun in a token deck.  A little better in limited as big and beefy helps in that format with all the 3/3s and 4/4s running rampant.

This card sucks in pretty much every deck except for the combo oriented version of Elf-Ball. In a regular deck, to draw any decent number of cards, you need a large field and you would've won already. In combo Elf-Ball though it's Mercy Killing fodder and digs for Profane Command.

In limited it's too expensive and won't draw that many cards to be worth it.

Constructed: Cost is to high for constructed. It could be used with Elementals, maybe one of him.

Casual: You have alot of green dudes draw some cards. Put one in your Elf deck for kicks and giggles.

Limited: 5/5 for 7 is a little expensive. To draw some cards with green it is ok. Just as long you have some green dude in play, it will be worth it. Going green with this one is a must.

Overall a interesting card.
