It's funny that this card is in Shadows over
Innistrad and not Battle for Zendikar - it's
literally the first half of Stoneforge Mystic's
game text minus the creature. Since that means
it also lacks her ability to put the card
directly into play, it will probably not end up
being quite as ubiquitous as she was in the era
of Caw-Blade. It's not as easy for either
control or aggro decks to fit in something that
only searches for the equipment but doesn't let
you get around counterspells or surprise the
opponent. The place it might fit better is
actually in Commander settings; they often have
more deck space by default, and there is a niche
there for some of the more splashy auras and
equipment like Armadillo Cloak and Elbrus, the
Binding Blade.
