Captain Sisay
Captain Sisay is a legend among legends. I know
that she is far from the most efficient creature
in terms of stats or abilities. I know that she
is far from the most innovative or shocking
legend around, especially now that we have the
annual supplements with nothing but new
combinations and often new cards. But she is the
center of a dangerous Commander deck and an
amazing transitional enabler in decks where she
isn't the general; and besides, I remember the
feeling like I was practically by her side
during the Phyrexian Invasion, where she not
only forged the Weatherlight's finest crew but
never broke in the face of the worst Yawgmoth
threw at the multiverse. To me, she is still the
face of Magic's legendary creatures and she
always will be.

Captain Sisay (6/22)
Legendary creature that tutors other legendary
permanents…sounds well-suited for Commander, if
nothing else. Sisay is squishy, and she doesn't
do a lot besides tutor, but she's a very
powerful tutor, and she can help you get your
entire set-up out much faster. (She also gets
legendary lands and enchantments.) Definitely
powerful in the right build, but too slow in
more “serious" formats, between costing four
mana and needing time to get more cards out.
