Expropriate
This is a very interesting card for multiplayer
matches, because the correct vote when an
opponent casts it is so wildly different in
different contexts. I think whether or not you
should vote for time also depends a lot on how
many previous people have voted for time - when
there are already two or more opponent turns for
every one of yours, that really piles up,
especially when at least one of those is playing
blue (and presumably card-drawing) for
Expropriate. If you're the one casting it, you'd
better hope that somewhere in those votes is a
way to win, because as soon as someone else gets
to take a turn again, you can be sure they'll be
coming after you. When you lose, you'll lose
hard, but when you win, it'll be spectacular,
and for me, that makes for a very good
multiplayer card.

Expropriate (6/6)
Voting cards are always a
fun way to make things happen, and Expropriate
certainly fits the bill. You either come away
with a lot of shiny toys to win the game with or
a lot of time to do it with. At nine mana,
though, it is a steep price to pay, particularly
when you're at the mercy of other players giving
you what they deem less problematic. It's fun
for multiplayer, but keep it away from
Constructed.
