This deck was designed to be strong first, burn second.  Money isnt a

 problem when considering what cards to add, just the set they come from.

  It was designed for tournament play, but until I have all the kinks

 worked out of it I will just be playing casually.

 

You have two problems with this deck. The first is consistency. You must play four of your good cards. Second, you have a lot of really bad cards in this deck. Aetherflame Wall in an agro deck? Goblin Sky Raider??? Time to bring in the good cards.

 

This deck features twenty of the quickest and deadliest guys in Standard right now. Pair that with twenty burn spells and you have a recipe for success. By the way, this deck is now entirely Standard legal, so you can play it in tournaments.
