This deck is being built for casual play.  I don't have any specific budget, as long as the total doesn't exceed around $200.  The decks that this will be playing against is: Pure G elf, GW elf, UB Fae, White centered around stuffy doll+guilty vegeance combo, Army of Entropy precon (slightly modded).  I would like to keep the deck focuses around angels, the counterspells are in my deck to keep my enemies at bay while i build up my mana for the stronger creatures later on.  If there's anything that would go better with this deck, go ahead and remove/add anything.

A few basic suggestions:

1. Get this deck down to sixty cards.

2. Traumatize serves no purpose in this deck.

3. Savor the Moment and Goldenglow Moth are both quite terrible.

4. Don’t play so many angels. One or two usually win the game. You have sixteen.

5. This is the most important suggestion of all. Play more lands and reduce the average casting cost of your spells. Wrath of God cost less than Mass Calcify, Oblivion Ring cost less than Persuasion (and gets rid of enchantments and artifacts), etc.
