This is your basic burn deck

Creatures:

Spark Elemental-4

Spells:
lava spike-4
lightning bolt-4
barbed lightning-4
book burning-3
shock-4
magma jet-3
shower of coals-2
fireblast-4
glacial ray-4

Lands:
20-mountains

so here ya go. 4 out of 10 spell cost 1 to cast and another (fireblast) could be free. magma jets are for those times you get mana flooded or a creature is bothering. shower of coals is as it wont be hard to get threshold. at the start of the game aim all your spells directly at your opponents head. save a few like: barbed lighting, shock, and glacial ray for creatures. and try to use fireblast as a finisher. Have a great time burning your friends to death!
