Pelliper
This new Pokemon was introduced in July 2002 by Nintendo of Japan as part of Pokemon Saphire and Pokemon Ruby for GBA. As you can see, Pelliper is a bird pokemon that looks similar to a pelican, it's obvious this will be a water/flying pokemon.
