I don't think any deck is necessarily BAD (with some exeptions).
Well, if you have no theme then you have a problem or if you run like 0ATK decks with no theme to it that's not good. Who runs that anyways? People online talk about how decks suck and can't win. I (in the past) made a post and on that post I added "Fusion Decks are one of the worse to play. I got an E-Mail from someone and they showed me an awsome Fusion deck. I was wrong at that time. All decks have strong points and weaknesses, no specific deck THEME can suck as long as you have a THEME. You must have a theme to ever win (in my oppinion). Depending on how someone runs their deck determines how good or bad it is.
The point is, I think any deck can be good with the right cards.
You can have a deck with Mokey Mokey in it (with Human Wave Tactics ect.).
Almost all cards are good, if they are a Normal Monster with no effect and aren't part of a fusion or ritual, then it might not be so great. Any deck can be good depending on how you run it, and if you put no B.S. in it.
You're OK, no deck sucks all the time. People may say things like that due to past wins they have had against a deck like that. That's just that particular player, not every deck like that.
I just wanted to post about this issue. This is all of my oppinion only.
