CCG Tip - Dark Eradicator Warlock

I'm here to talk about Dark Eradicator Warlock, or Dark Eradicator for
short, and its uses.

Here's the effect for reference:
This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special
Summoned except by Tributing 1 "Dark Magician" on your side of the field.
When this card is face-up on the field, inflict 1000 points of damage to
your opponent's Life Points each time either player activates a Normal Spell
Card.

The new holo from the Judgement of Spellcaster structure deck, it deals 1000
damage for every normal spell card. Notice it only deals damage when normal
spells are played, so no equips, quickplays and so on. So how many commonly
played normal spells are there?

In a typical 40 card deck, a total of 9 normal spells are used.
[3] Smashing Ground
[1] Brain Control
[1] Heavy Storm
[1] Nobleman of Crossout
[1] Pot of Avarice
[1] Dark Hole
[1] Soul Exchange

Now let's double that amount because of your opponent's spells.

If you are lucky enough to activate them all when Dark Eradicator is on the
field, a total of 18000 damage is dealt. That's not a lot considering the
difficulty to actually accomplish that.

That means you have to base a deck on this card, and that means a deck that
is based on getting Dark Magician out. You'll also need a lot of normal
spells to make use of the effect. It won't be completely burned based,
however, because this deck packs some powerful monsters.

Helpful Monsters:
=================
Skilled Dark Magician:
Brings Dark Magician out fairly quickly

Magician of Faith:
Brings back normal spells

Apprentice Magician:
Gives Skilled Dark Magician spell counters and brings out Magician
of Faith

Rapid Fire Magician:
A weaker form of Dark Eradicator, but much easier to get out.

Mythical Beast Cerebus:
Also from the new structure deck, this card gets 500 atk increase for each
spell card played, then its attack goes back to 1400 once it battles. A nice
card when you plan to blow out a lot of spells.

Royal Magical Library:
Draw power is always welcomed, especially when this card uses a lot of
spells.

Helpful Spells:
===============
Magical Blast:
Deals 200 damage for each Spellcaster on your field and can be added back
into your hand by not drawing during the draw phase. Pretty amazing with
Dark Eradicator out, and with this card in the graveyard, you can never deck
out.

Toon Index:
A super Gather Your Mind, it comboes with Dark Eradicator to deal 3000
damage in 1 turn and can add a Too Gemini Elf or Toon Cannon Soldier into
your hand.

Magical Dimension:
Arguable the best card in the Spellcaster structure deck, it gets Dark
Magician out with ease.

Meteor of Destruction:
It's an instant 2000 damage with Dark Eradicator.

Helpful Traps:
==============
Magician's Circle:
Searchs out Skilled Dark Magician and Magical Marionette. It's just an
awesome card for Spellcasters.

Magic Cylinder:
Often shadowed by Sakuretsu Armor, this card is still awesome in burn.

Curse of Darkness:
When comboed with Dark Eradicator, your opponent better use their spells
wisely. Also, it punishes your opponent when they use a Mystical Space
Typhoon or Heavy Storm.

With all that said, let's assemble a deck:

Tribute Monsters: 5
[2] Dark Magician
[2] Dark Eradicator
[1] Magical Marionette

Monsters: 13
[3] Skilled Dark Magician
[2] Apprentice Magician
[1] Royal Magical Library
[1] Toon Gemini Elf
[1] Breaker the Magical Warrior
[1] Injection Fairy Lily
[1] Magician of Faith
[1] Tsukuyomi
[1] Morphing Jar
[1] Sangan

Spells: 18
[3] Smashing Ground
[3] Toon Index
[2] Meteor of Destruction
[2] Nobleman of Extermination
[1] Nobleman of Crossout
[1] Magical Dimension
[1] My Body as a Shield
[1] Magical Blast
[1] Brain Control
[1] Premature Burial
[1] Mystical Space Typhoon
[1] Heavy Storm

Traps: 7
[2] Magician's Circle
[2] Curse of Darkness
[2] Trap Hole
[1] Call of the Haunted

It's 43 cards, but it's only 3 cards extra, so no biggie.

This deck runs less monsters with more tributes because of Magical Dimesion,
Magician's Cicle and Skilled Dark Magician. Nobleman of Extermination is
preferred in this case than Dust Tornado because it's a normal spell, and
that calls for the removal of Sakuretsu Armor and Bottomless Traphole.

This deck runs 13 normal spells, somewhat more than a typical deck. Along
with the regular damage dealt with strong cards like Magical Marionette and
Injection Fairy Lily, your opponent's life points will easily hit 0.

Overall, although there are some cookie cutter cards like Smashing Ground,
it's an overall original deck because of the Magical Marionettes, Royal
Magical Library, the replacement of Dust Tornados with Nobleman of
Extermination and the actually reusability of Breaker the Magical Warrior.
Notice there's also no D.D. monsters in the deck.

Side Decking
============
Dust Tornados are a must for this side deck because if you don't, you can be
really messed up by some Wave Motion Cannons. Another Magician's Circle can
also be used in the sidedeck.

If you find your self losing to some Aggro swarm, some Fissures might be a
good addition to Smashing Grounds as they are also normal spells.

Sidedecking your own Wave Motion Cannon is also a good idea just for that
extra bit of burn.
