Subject: Fairy deck - aggro/control - Vash

This is a recently updated version of a fairy deck that I have been playing and winning with for years. Although the original idea has always centered around losing fairies in the graveyard to bring out a 3100+ Mudora, it also possesses a lot of ways to control what your opponent has on the field as well. Read on:

Monsters (18):

Majestic Mech - Goryu
2x Airknight Parshath
3x Mudora
3x Hysteric Fairy
3x Kelbek
3x Winged Kuriboh
2x Skelengel
Treeborn Frog

Spells (14):

Graceful Charity
Snatch Steal
3x Brain Control
Heavy Storm
Mystical Space Typhoon
Lightning Vortex
Hammer Shot
Smashing Ground
2x Nobleman of Crossout
Premature Burial
Confiscation

Traps (8):

Torrential Tribute
Mirror Force
2x Sakuretsu Armor
Call of the Haunted
Magic Drain
2x Dust Tornado

This deck holds a lot of hidden advantages besides the strength of Mudora in late game. Between The Airknights and Goryu it contains three strong tramplers, giving those who rely on Spirit Reaper for defense huge problems. The Airknights and Skelengels together give us with four monsters capable of providing us with extra draw power. Winged Kuriboh is a single monster that can provide protection from any number of monsters for an entire turn, allowing you an extra chance to draw when you're in a tight spot.

The biggest threat I used to run into was running low on monster removal and being bombarded by my opponent's stronger monsters turn after turn. Now, notice that there are also four cards which take control of your opponent's monsters (Snatch Steal + 3x Brain Control). This deck is filled with ways to take your opponents monsters and use them for tribute fodder so that they can't take them back at the end of the turn or gain life points during their standby phase. You can tribute them for Airknight, of course. You can tribute one to summon Goryu for a turn, or use your Treeborn Frog as a second tribute to keep Goryu out, depending on the situation. Another fun trick that I'm sure many people haven't tried is using Hysteric Fairy's effect with your opponent's monsters. Summon Hysteric Fairy, take control of your opponent's monster, attack them with both, then activate Hysteric Fairy's effect to ensure that they won't get their monster back, plus you get 1000 life points. If you have your Treeborn Frog out on the field, then you don't even have to tribute your Hysteric Fairy! Your Frog + their monster = 1000 lifepoints for you!

I encourage everyone to try this deck out, and see how it works for you. Believe me, you'll enjoy this deck. Thanks for reading, and feel free to send me your feedback at vash8118@yahoo.com
