Subject: Thoughts on the new ban list -qazaa

I am playing just 6 months so this is the first time i change a ban list.
It is funny we recieved what was proper for japan.I guess konami never saw any difference between japan and the other countries.
When i first listened the banned list I felt like the victory dragon was part of our metagame. And then as i was sitting there looking at the nothing and thinking the cards that were lost, a voice came from a kid in our store : but we don't have victory dragon. Right Mr. and Misses we don't have him. But i soon realised that the bad things didn't stopped to the cards that where banned or limited only from the existance of the V.Dragon. Many key cards that allow alternative decks to exist were banned or limited. Cyber jar was banned, exchange of the spirit was banned, last turn (being something like tier 5 was banned too though this will make the judges happy) mask of darkness, last will and level limit area B where limited. Combo decks will count the loss of the cyber and perhaps even mask of darkness, burn decks will count the loss of the 1 level limit and cyberstein decks + some others weird decks will certainly suffer from the limitation of last will.
I remember that 4 weeks ago i build a finalcount down deck that i am proud of it and i took it to our local tournament which has a very strong field of players. In every match i played i won the first game and lost the other 2. I didn't had a chainable sidedeck and when all the mobius, mystic swordsmen, and dust's where sided from my opps i would loose . Now one day when i get the right cards i plan to take it again to the tournament and see if it does better with a more chainable side deck(wabokus threatening roar etc.etc). But the other thing i learned from my finalcount deck was that an exchange of the spirit deck was possible. Lot's of the cards that i used in that deck could be used well in an exchange of the spirit deck, that now i will never make.
But konami simply is afraid everything she is not used to. They are afraid that these or that might get too powerfull. And they have the solution. They just ban the cards the like they are taking medicine ,they just haven't learned that taking pills without having a problem isn't good at all. And then we have the limitation of the d. d. assailant.
However if we look at our decks in the last past month we will find that most of us put in dekoichis and /or magical merchants in the spots of the d. d. assailant. And this why? simply because they are more broken in this very slow format. At this point i really believe there was no reason for limiting the assailants (exept perhaps that people were whinning too much about them).
How are we supposed to think outside of the box and create original competitive decks when they are cutting key cards from us. I know my cyberstein deck just got ruined. I will run it this saturday for the last time and i know i will be sad as i will have to leave my cyber jar and the last wills out of my options when i try to create a deck.

sorry for my english i know they are not that good but with the weather they are becoming bester and bester sorry if this shouldn't be send as a tip I just had to tell those somewhere ty
