Trading Card Game Tips from fans

Turn Guard Penalty into Graceful Charity
Guard Penalty seems, at best, a 1-1. You change a battle mode, and draw a card. Why play it over, say, Dekoichi, Skelengel, or even Jar of Greed? Because there is a card, believe it or not, that allows you to generate multiple Graceful Charity effects from Guard Penalty.
VW Tiger Catapult
VW lets you discard 1 card to change the battle mode of a monster. What do you do is get 3 Guard Penalty in hand, and 1 other card. Ready?
Play the 3 Guard Penalty, target VW Tiger Catapult. Activate VW’s effect, discard a card, change it to defense. Draw 3 cards. Discard another card, change it to attack, discard another, change back to defense. Draw 3 more cards.
Get it? By playing 3 Guard Penalty together, you’ve turned VW Tiger Catapult into Graceful Charity- draw 3 cards, than discard 2. Draw 3 more, discard 2. You can draw out your entire deck in one turn! And what’s more, with the right hand, you can draw out your entire deck on your second turn! Summon V and W, play the Guard Penalties, and let the fun begin!
Now I won’t lie, except for some kinda warped Exodia deck, or a VWXYZ deck with extra room, this combo isn’t worth tweaking your deck to fit in. But hey, if a combo lets you play Graceful Charity over and over, it’s worth noting, right?
