Hi. I am
SasukevItachi from pojo.com forums. Today I am
writing an article on how to substitute cards
that are A: expensive and B: very hard to get.
most duelists that don't have malicious or card trooper tend to want them because they are shown off like trophies by other players. many on pojo forums disagree with my ideas, but I'll write about replacements anyway. trooper: most people use him for a trooper duplication combo AND a 3 card drop. the card that can reconstruct the 3 card drop effect is Destruction of Destiny. Not a fantastic card, but if you want to pay an extra price for speed in your deck, this is the way to go. up to 3000 LP can be taken away, but des wombat blocks the burn to your LP. I use this card in my side to get a head start second round. Malicious: a fantastic card in any deck, this is easily replaced by peten the dark clown. same effect, better defense. destiny draw: for neo spacians, there is a card from Tactical Evolution called Convert Contact. It activates if you have no monsters on the field, and you discard a neo spacian from field and the deck to draw 2 cards. there are no other known cards that i have that can duplicate the destiny draw effect other than Convert Contact. I will be posting future articles, if you are interested, watch out for them.
