Trading Card Game Tips from fans
June 2007 - Fury of The Storm - Xeus
First off I haven' t written in because i've
been to busy to do so, with hockey and exam's
and all. But summer is here and that reminds me
of a very unusual thing, the summer storm. the
storm has unrivaled power, and is usually
unpredictable. the game of yugioh is no
different. You use the power in your strategy to
win games. By being unpredictable you ruin the
chance for the opponent to anticipate you moves.
when you see a set s/t you can assume that it is
one of four things. Shrink, mirror force,
sakurestu armor, or ring of destruction. you can
commonly guess that the opponet has 2 or 3 cyber
dragon, and most likely a reaper, a mole,
monarchs being the zaborg, freeya,and mobius, and
the frog. These cards are in everybody's deck.
They were sucsessful in their time but now is
the time for a change, the beatdown area will
come again. It is time for the FURY OF THE
STORM!!!!

Now this deck will seem strange to most people
because there are very little "staple" cards. I
tried to keep their numbers down. The point of
this deck is to search for ALO and then use it
to beef up your water monsters attack points up
and let you summon the sacrificing monsters with
one or no tribute. The tribute monsters that can
be played without a sacrifice can kill a monarch
with ALO out, or suicide or beat by fifty
without ALO. Then also try to get star boy out.
the extra 500 attack points with ALO extra 200
means some serious power. Mermaid knight is a
2200 3 star that can attack twice. Giga gagagigo
is a 3150 attack point 4 star. and so on with
your other monsters. maiden of the aqua is there
to provide the umi effects if all ALO have been
canned or not gotten by then. The mother grizzly
are to search for star boy or maiden depending
on the situation. Swords is in for stall when
pressed against a wall. Now you must be
wondering about the 3 compulsory. that's right
no sakurestu armor or mirror force here. why you
ask? well for starters the compulsory can target
your own monsters to save them from smashing
grounds, levia's effect, or other forms of
removal. But more importantly they can be used
to pop a facedown monster back to opponents
hand. that kills people. not only do you get a
free shot at their points, but now they have to
re-set the monster card. that is a pain in the
neck. well i have not created a side deck for
this deck, there is a reason! i have not thought
of one yet. I would suggest to male your side
deck to change your deck type. think about that.
your opponent side's in more spell/trap removal
and you side into a deck that doesn't rely on
those cards anymore. that means that your
opponent just changed their deck for the
worse!!!!!
