Hey Pojo fans. My name is Matt and this is my first post. I look forward to posting often for those loyal Yugioh Duelist and Pojo readers like me. Before I get on with my first post I would like to tell you a little bit about myself. I DESPISE THE METAGAME. I have been playing this game pretty much since it started when the first LOB and Metal Raiders booster packs came to America. Since then, people have been trying to ruin the name of the game by replacing the name of Yugioh with Metagame.

The game of Yugioh and the game of Metagame are two entirely different games and here is how:

Yugioh

Purpose: To have fun while learning to become a better strategist and duelist.

Main Cards: ALL CARDS….all cards are created to be used in the game of Yugioh. Any great duelist can learn how to be any other duelist with any deck if the put the work in.

Metagame:

Purpose: To win while learning as less as possible about strategy and becoming a great duelist.

Main Cards: ANY LIMITED CARDS…Gadgets, Cyber Dragons, D-Hero Dasher, Monarchs, and D-Hero Diamond Dude— not to mention any OTK Decks.

If there are any truly kind hearted duelist out there who care about where this game is headed…close your eyes and imagine a world where people didn’t use Metadecks and everyone’s deck was unique and different. Imagine a world where cyber dragons are only in cyber dragon deck or a machine deck. After you close your eyes and imagine this cool world…open your eyes are dismantle your gadget deck, your OTK deck, and your pyro deck with the 3 cyber dragons in it.
