Deck Fix: Dark World

Hello again,
fellow Duelists! Today I will discuss bizarre but
outstanding deck choices that will really throw off
your opponents.
So exactly what do I mean by unorthodox? Well,
here's some real examples:
I have a Dimensional Cosmos deck. It's not a bad
deck, but I wanted others' opinions, so I posted it
online. Later, someone suggested that I run
Blowback Dragon.
BUT WHY?! Well, he reasoned that since
everyone assumes that Cosmos decks are heavy on
Monarchs (and they would have Pulling the Rug in
side-deck), I could run a non-Pulling-the-Ruggable,
advantage-gaining card whose effect can be used once
per turn! Hey, not a bad idea...
Another guy who had a Six Samurai deck had the weird
idea of running Apprentice/Seer?
BUT WHY?!
Well, since most players would be prepared to stop
an onslaught of face-up Samurai (say, with Lightning
Vortex or Needle Ceiling), but would be surprised to
find face-down Apprentices in the same deck! Again,
this is an idea worth trying.
So what am I saying here? If you run unorthodox and
odd tech choices in your deck, it will really
confuse your opponent! Just remember to try out new
ideas often to make sure that they actually work,
and test your deck first before having it star in
the next tourney.
