Dark Magic Assault-Chrono Reaver

 

Hi all, This is your friendly neighborhood deck guru Chrono Reaver. I've noticed at most tournament's i;ve attended all of the top ranking player's Usually have pretty much the same type of deck (Perfect circle-bassically use draw power till you get what you need, Zombie
Swarm-Use the Zombie Master, pyramid turtle, and Il Blud to special summon Zombies like a mad man, or the Ever so popular Monarchs-Rely on special summoning fodder for tribute to get the monarch's out to get on summon effects). So i put together A deck that would cover all the bases (still having A little trouble with Perfect Circle haha) using my faviorite Monster set...
the Magicians!

I know what your thinking and yes this is a deck focused on the Dark Magician. the Dark Magician alone is pretty worthless but combined with the right cards he and his Comrades can rend your opponent asunder. The deck focuses on getting  the big mage's like Dark magician of chaos, dark magician, dark magician girl, ect. Usually I have no problem with it, but
Lady Luck can be a fickle creature *sigh*. Well here it is, me pride and joy.

Magical Dimension is a key part of this deck, this card alone stops the monarchs cold, except for mobious and thestalos which have no effect on this deck considering the special summoning power and the low trap usage. The appentice Magician lie is a  must have for any magician deck( Apprentic Magician x2, magician of faith, old vindictive magician x2, and crystal seer). Not
Only do the stall but there great to either draw a card through crystal seer, Blow up a monster with old vindictive magician, or even return a spell to your hand thanks to magician of faith. Oh and with appentic magicians other effect you can put counters on skilled dark to get out dark magician or even put 1 on breaker to reuse his spell or trap destruction effect. Magicians valkyria is also a good card to have, it can lock your opponent from attacking with Two on the feild.
