Here is a

Here are there effects:

Emperor Gaius
DARK/Demon - Effect/6/2400/1000 When this card is successfully Tribute Summon, remove from play 1 card on the field. If the removed card was a DARK monster card inflict 1000 damage to your opponent's Life Points. Dimension Chemistry LIGHT/Angel - Effect/4/1300/200 Once per turn only, by removing the top card from your deck from play, you can increase this card's ATK by 500 Points until the End Phase. When this card you control is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, you can add 1 of your monster that was removed from play to your hand. Kiaser Sacrifice EARTH/Warrior - Effect/2/200/100 When this card was tributed for a successful Tribute Summon, return this card to your hand. Different Dimension Revival Equip Magic Discard 1 card from your hand. Special Summon 1 of your monsters removed from play to your field, and equip this card to it. If this card leaves the field, the equipped monster is destroyed. Emperor Order Continuous Trap You can negate the activation and effect of an Effect Monster whose effect activated when Normal Summoned. Afterwards, the controller of that monster draws 1 card.
This deck is
mainly based on removing cards from play.
Obviously the best card in it is eather Raiza or
the new dark monarch. If everybody is going to
be using DARK cards, that makes it even better.
note:
Wicked Emperor Gaius is the same as "Gaius the
Abys Monarch
How to make
this deck better:
Buy 3
sets. Take out bad the monarchs such as
Grandmarg and Thestalos and add in 2 more copys
of cards like Raiza, the good monarchs. Also
take out a
Kiaser
Sacrifice and add in 3 Cyber Dagons. Also you
can add in some cards that you find usefull like
some standerd traps or an Evil Hero Malicious
edge. I know its another tribute card buts its
one of my favorites. Also whats this! No Heavy
Storm or other must have cards like Breaker!
Add in these and take out cards like Counter
Counter that just suck!!
This makes
the deck much better. I think this is one of
the best structure decks ever!!!
