Hello, everyone. Today in
my deck fixes, I am still backed up, but I'm
getting a lot done today. In other news, I
have another deck fix. Surprise, surprise.
hey, im Captain-Falcon, and i
made a counter fairy deck a while
ago, and this is what it's become. i
am trying to make it a pretty
expensive deck, and with 11 secret
rares, i guess that can start it
off. i like to be aggressive, and i
would like your opinion on my deck.
i don't care if you post this fix
anywhere, as i work on tcgplayer
also. so, here it goes:
Counter Fairies Rebellion:
Monsters: 19
1x sangan
3x bountiful artemis
2x cyber dragon
3x meltiel, sage of the sky
3x honest
3x harvest angel of wisdom
2x nova summoner
2x vand'algyon the dark dragon
lord
spells: 8
1x mystical space typhoon
1x premature burial
1x monster reborn
2x lightning vortex
1x brain control
2x sanctuary in the sky
traps: 15
3x divine wrath
3x dark bribe
3x solemn judgment
1x mirror force
1x torrential tribute
2x forced back
2x magic drain
any help would be
appreciated!!!

A Counter Fairy deck, huh? I love these
things. I hate playing them, but I love
these things. Let me do what I can.
Cards to drop:
- 2 Cyber Dragon
- 2 Nova Summoner
- 1 Brain Control
- 1 Lightning Vortex
- 1 Torrential Tribute
Wow. Just 7 cards. You
must've done something right. I rarely make
cuts this small. Cyber Dragon because you're
negating everything your opponent is
playing, and that includes monsters. You'll
almost always have a monster on the field,
so Cyber Dragon isn't really needed. Nova
Summoner is just used for Honest, and since
you should hopefully have Bountiful Artemis
on the field, you'll probably draw into
Honest faster than you could get to it by
playing Nova Summoner. At least that's the
way I hope it goes. Brain Control isn't
really needed because you'll be negating
everything, and you could attack over just
about anything with Honest or Van'Dalgyon.
When it comes to the opponent not having
much, they'll probably set everything,
meaning your Brain Control becomes somewhat
useless. Lightning Vortex for something of
the same reason, but I left one in as a just
in case. (Every deck should have at least 2
forms of mass monster removal.) Torrential
Tribute because, since your monsters will
last a pretty long time, you don't want to
destroy them like that.
Anyways, cards to add:
+ 3 Freed the Brave
Wanderer / Ryko, Lightsworn Hunter
+ 2 Terraforming / 1 and 1
The Sanctuary in the Sky
+ 2 Bottomless Trap Hole
I added 7 cards here.
Taking a page from Jerome McHale's playbook,
Freed and Ryko both fit here, both for
destruction. Freed has attack to go behind
him. Ryko can destroy anything and help you
fish through your deck (but the milling is
rather risky in a non-Lightsworn deck as
just about anything you mill will cut deep).
Terraforming is to search out The Sanctuary
in the Sky, giving you quicker access to it
and Meltiel's other effect. Bottomless Trap
Hole is for other monsters that you may want
to destroy that slip by Solemn Judgment and
Forced Back (because you let them).
I did what I could. Your
deck is well-built. Of course, with Counter
Fairies, I never did see much room for
variation unless you didn't have a lot of
the key cards (read: Solemn Judgment and
Dark Bribe). There are slight variations,
but not big ones, but anyways, I did what I
could. Enjoy.
That's all I have for now.

Until next time....
