Skull Servant deck-Crzydrvr
Hey guys! Back with my 9th article for the tips and rants section. I'm still thinking how to celebrate good times (cue music). ""Celebrate good times come on"". Back from my deliriousness. Anyways, watch out for my next article, it's gonna be a blast! First off, my wickedly cool Skull Servant deck that I came up with while surfing Pojo.com: Wicked Servants x41 Monsters x20 x3 King of the Skull Servants x3 The Lady in Wight x3 Skull Servant x3 Mystic Tomato x3 Spirit Reaper x2 Soul Absorbing Bone Tower x2 Caius the Shadow Monarch x1 Snipe Hunter Spells x12 x1 Monster Reborn x3 Lightning Vortex x3 Chthonian Alliance x1 Heavy Storm x1 Mystical Space Typhoon x1 Smashing Ground x2 Big Bang Shot Traps x9 x1 Mirror Force x2 Dust Tornado x1 Magic Cylinder x2 Negate Attack x1 Draining Shield x1 Jar of Greed x1 Magic Drain/Jammer This card is designed to get your "The Lady in Wight" and Skull Servant cards into the graveyard as quickly as possible, so your KSSs will have the highest ATK as soon as possible. You may be wondering why I put 3 Skull Servants. It's because they're easily sent to the graveyard, with the Snipe Hunters and the Lightning Vortexs. The Chthonian Alliances can power up the KSSs even more if they're all on the field at once. the best ATK possible would be 8000, which is highly unlikely. They will normally have 3000 ATK at the very least, so it's still strong enough to lay waste to an opponent's lifepoints. Caius is designed with the fact that Caius', DAD, etc. are running throughout the metagame in mind. The majority of spells/traps protect the KSSs as they are very easy to get rid of. Addable (is that even a word?) are Magic Jammers and Magic Drains, both work very well with this deck. This deck would be more of a fun deck than a competitive deck, although with a good building block and more than a fair share of luck it could be a very competitive and skilled deck, as I try to make decks that win as I personally cannot stand the thought of losing :-)(I bet that right now to all you readers that you think I'm sounding like a British man. No offense John ;-)). I just had a dream that's related to Yugioh. Sure we all dream about being the best duelist in the world, but this dream is unique. I was the best duelist in the city and I'd win every tournament, locally or regionally, that I've ever dueled in. In fact, in the dream I've won so many cards that I have at least 1 copy of every card that was ever created. The best part is, I would sell back the cards to the public at really cheap prices in like a mini store, and people would just swarm to buy the cards to the point where my school would hold a mini tournament every year and I would provide the prizes. I was famous throughout the city. But my favorite part was giving cards to people who'd never thought they would want some, and giving away cards to kids that normally wouldn't be able to buy them. Maybe it's just my nature, but that made me pretty happy. I'm just saying that we should be thankful that God provided us with the gift of having a hobby(s), because if he hadn't we would have nothing to spend our free time on. It's a game that should provide fun to the people who love it. If you ever meet someone who doesn't recognize the importancy of the game to some people, then just ignor him. But if he ever disrespects someone while or after a duel (like saying his deck is "crap") then you should speak up to him and tell him it's supposed to be a fun game. If he doesn't bother listening to you, or starts insulting you too, then at least everyone else dueling there will know he's a jerk that everyone should avoid. One person shouldn't be able to spoil the fun for everyone else, and deserves a taste of his own medicine. On a side note, wouldn't it be great if more people were playing and we weren't marginalized for playing a "baby game". I'd like to remind people that just 3-4 years ago EVERYONE played Yugioh (and I mean EVERYONE. I know some girls that played the game at that time.). But the people who were just trying to be "cool" all left as we know because they were just doing the popular thing at the time which happened to be card games. They laugh at us for playing a game they too were once playing. I don't think anyone who plays Yugioh will grow up to become "drug dealers" because we know what we think is cool. (For those that don't know it's whatever you love to your heart.). I've even read that a boy excelled at his mathematics because his dad taught him through Yugioh. There are over 200 0000 duelists all over the world, so are we really that much in the minority? Too bad the game isn't popular here anymore, cause we are really just normal people. Wow. It's not a normality to go on ranting like that. But any ways, that's all for now! Don't forget to cast your vote for your favorite card in my contest. The awards for the contest are: -MVC(Most valuable card)(best overall) -Cartoonists' Choice Card(best picture) -Iggy's Choice Card(Best Effect) -Gamers' Choice(most underrated) -Best Deck Basis -Otakus' Choice(best from the anime) -Best Fusion/Ritual -Best Clutch(best when it really matters) -Fan's Choice(fan favorite) -Best Spell/Trap If you're sending in your votes, make sure you have the nominees and why you chose them to win the award they're nominated for. Yes, you can nominate a card for more than 1 award. All cards chosen must be in compliancy with the Limited Lists. That means no Forbidden cards will be allowed to win/be nominated from now on (sorry John that means no CED, PoG, CS, Yata, or TER). I will be checking the Limited lists to make sure that it ISN'T Forbidden. The deadline is July 31st. See ya later! Go Flames Go! -Crzydrvr
